Obituary for LeeAnn Marie Binder

LeeAnn Marie  Binder
LeeAnn Marie Binder, 20, of Leeton, Missouri, died Sunday, January 11, 2015, at the St. Louis Children’s Hospital, St. Louis, Mo.

She was born January 6, 1995 in Knob Noster, Mo., the daughter of Steven Frederick Binder and Julie Ann (Stevens) Binder. They survive of the home.

LeeAnn was a member of the St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Windsor, Mo. She was a 2013 graduate of Leeton High School, where she was involved in band, on the yearbook staff, was a cheerleader, Homecoming Princess her junior year, and Prom Queen her senior year. She enjoyed painting, coloring, and crocheting. LeeAnn was an organ recipient and donor. She was a very giving and selfless young lady, helping several young people through their own transplants.

In addition to her parents, surviving are her older sister, Stephanie (Binder) Neel and her husband Nathan of Windsor, Mo.; her brother, Vincent Binder of the home; her younger sister Shannon Binder of the home; maternal grandmother, Karen Weinmeister and her husband Ervin of Loveland, Colorado; her maternal grandfather, Ralph Stevens and Joan Beck of Lambertville, Michigan; her paternal grandfather, Frederick Binder of Toledo, Ohio; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Sabrina Binder, and her paternal grandmother, Judith Binder.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 18, 2015 at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 400 East Wilson Street, Clinton, Mo. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 17, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton, Mo., and also one hour before the Mass Sunday at the church. The family suggests memorial contributions to the LeeAnn Binder Memorial Fund, in care of Sunflower Bank, P.O. Box 227, Leeton, Mo., 64761.
